StarFit is a place where you want positive changes. It definitely will give you confidence. Each coach gives great cues and will fix your form. I like how the classes are organize. First you stretch, then they teach you the proper move, and then it's the Amrap. Game on! It's a place where I can clear my mind and become physically and mentally strong. Tara is an amazing trainer and inspiring. 5 stars!

Friendly and knowledgeable staff who create a friendly culture. Great variation of workouts with clean and well stocked facilities. Would definitely recommend for any level.
