Our focus is on preparing athletes for the unknown and unknowable conditions of their lives. We accomplish this by exposing our athletes to a wide range of exercise stimulus to elicit a broad range of muscular and cardiovascular adaptation.Leaving the gym excited to come back again tomorrow, with a little more fitness, and a lot more confidence means we are doing our job as coaches. Today marks 1 month that I joined Starr Fit and I have absolutely enjoyed my experience. Previously everyone I had told I was going to sign up for cross fit legit scared me lol but I have had the best experience ever. It was easy to sign up, they communicated with me quickly, the Introduction classes were so informative and key and Coach Colin was super patient and attentive to me. Then because of my schedule I joined the 6am class with Coach Louise and it's been sooo good. She makes sure I understand what I'm suppose to do and challenges me to give my best. The other members I workout with are also so helpful and encouraging. I'm proud to say I feel healthier than ever before. I am so glad I found this community to be a part of. And on top of that, my wife recently re-enrolled there too and now we get to work out together. I HIGHLY recommend this place for everyone!

I recently joined Starrfit and I’m loving it so far. They take the time to really teach you the fundamentals of the workouts but also teach you how to properly calculate your macros and really understand the fundamentals of living a healthier lifestyle. I highly recommend this box! I’m so excited to keep learning.

I started going to this gym almost a year ago. I started because my daughter wanted me to go but I needed to go because I could no longer get up and down off the floor. I was 57 when I started this journey and WOW what a journey it’s been. The coaches are so good at what they do. I thought there is no way I’ll ever be able to do this but boy was I wrong. They take the time to figure out your fitness level and work with what you can do. They have all become my fitness family and what a great family to have. If you’re looking for a gym that has no judgment and only cares to enhance your well being and fitness look no further, this is definitely the place you want to be. I have lost weight, gained confidence in my abilities and have no more issues getting up and down off the ground. My husband who is 66 is also a member. No more high blood pressure meds for him. His health journey has been much the same as mine. Lost weight, better health and has improved his mobility in all areas. This facility is clean, well staffed and the owners are extremely knowledgeable and will help you get fit. I Couldn’t recommend a better place to start your own fitness journey.

Absolutely fantastic facility with terrific coaching. The facility is open spaced, clean, and laid out perfectly. The coaches take more time to prime their athletes for movement than any box I've ever visited. This is a game changer for a 40yr old trying to keep up with the younger kids. I do not think I could maintain the quality of movement and speed if it were not for the amount of time we spent making sure everyone was ready to work. I highly recommend Starr.Fit to anyone who values quality coaching. As a CF L2 coach myself (with a degree in Exercise Science), I found myself taking mental notes at how well organized Starr.Fit's classes are.

Dropped in last week for two days while on a family trip to Florida. The place is really roomy and the people were welcoming! Peter was my coach for both days, and he was great. The workouts were challenging and fun. I will absolutely come back next time we're in town. Thanks for having me!

Starr.fit is a gym that feels like a family. The coaches take the time to teach you the right way to do things and don’t leave you hanging wondering if you are doing it right in a workout. They stay right there to coach you through. They don’t let you quit on yourself either! I have learned so much about the dreaded barbell workouts! Lol. Still not my favorite, and still not the best at it, but I feel myself improving! Hard work, good coaching, RESULTS!

Wow this place is awesome. If you are looking to get fit and change your lifestyle Starrfit is where you wanna be. Coaches and staff are highly qualified individuals who dedicate their time to help people become more fit. The large facility is super clean. All equipment is top of the line and well maintained. Honestly it’s an amazing group of people who get together every day to workout and have a lot of fun while doing it. If you are near the Eustis area, this is the gym to visit! I couldn’t have asked for a better to gym to drop in. Everyone was welcoming, supportive, and worked as a team. They even took time after the class to give me tips on some of the things I am currently struggling with as far as technique. Just like my gym in Dublin, Ohio, you can tell that they are changing the world one person at a time. If you are looking at becoming the best version of you, this is the gym!!

We dropped in at this box for Thanksgiving while visiting family. What a great gym!! Facility is amazing, coaches were extremely thorough in explaining every movement and the expectations, and the members made us feel right at home. I think we've found our gym-away-from-home for whenever I'm visiting my mom.

I'm so happy that I made the decision to not only begin my crossfit journey, but to do so with such wonderful people, staff and members, alike. I've been training here since I was 12, and have loved every minute of it. The 2 years of coming here has changed my life COMPLETELY. I've gained control of my weight, earned a major amount of muscle, and my scoliosis has improved. The staff and members are incredibly encouraging to each other, and the amount of knowledge you will gain is phenomenal. Here at Crossfit CIC they have a huge amount of opportunities like Crossfit Kids!. I recommend crossfit to anyone and everyone. Hope to see you there!

Fun, family-like environment! Trainers who truly care about your health and safety. I have made tons of friends since I started in September. I've never been an athlete or consistently gone to a gym, but this is something I have stuck with and don't plan to ever give up!
